"Company") (TSXV: "ISC") announced that, in accordance with the
Company's long term compensation policy, it has granted stock options
to purchase a total of 125,000 common shares and 207,853 restricted
share units ("RSUs") to certain directors and officers of the Company.
The stock options are exercisable at $2.33 per share for a period of
five years. The RSUs may be redeemed into common shares until December
31, 2016. The stock options were granted in accordance with the
Company's Stock Option Plan and the RSUs were granted in accordance
with the Company' Restricted Share Unit Bonus Plan.
